Customer Security Programme (CSP) seminar

On May 15, 2017, SWIFT and ROSSWIFT held the first seminar on Customer Security Programme (CSP).


The event was organized with the support and participation of Central Bank of Russia.

The seminar was attended by more than 200 representatives of the Russian organizations, SWIFT users.

Matthieu de Heering, Head of Russia, CIS and Mongolia and Chairman of the Working Group on SWIFT Technical Aspects (RTCH) Sergey Putyatinskiy welcomed participants on the seminar.

Deputy Chief of the Center for monitoring and responding to computer attacks in the financial sphere (FinCERT) of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Pavel Revenkov, in his speech noted, that security issues come to the forefront and CSP Programme, in which FinCERT the Bank of Russia cooperates with SWIFT regarding implementation within Russian financial community are necessary to pay great attention.

The seminar addressed key issues related to CSP programme requirements, the organization`s actions needed to implement CSP programme mandatory controls, and self-attestation  performance. The next CSP program will take place on June 8, 2017 in Moscow.
