In accordance with SWIFT regulations, the ownership of SWIFT shares is determined by a procedure based on a mathematical formula for shares redistribution, which is held at least once every three years, based on the use of SWIFT services. The more users contribute to SWIFT services consumption, the greater the number of SWIFT shares they receive. The next shares redistribution will take place in 2018.
